Free menstrual products arrive in restrooms at DPS schools

Free menstrual products have begun to be placed in restrooms at schools across Denver Public Schools.

Denver School Board Director Tay Anderson took to Facebook on Tuesday to share the news.

“FREE menstrual products have begun to arrive in restrooms across Denver Public Schools,” Anderson wrote. “Great job #TeamDPS.”

Besides sharing the news with family and community members, Anderson thank those who made this possibility a reality.

“I want to acknowledge the hard work of Caitlin Soch and our amazing facilities team at DPS for their work on FREE menstrual products prior to my tenure on the Denver School Board!” Anderson wrote.
