Police search for driver in fatal Englewood hit-and-run

Police are searching for the driver of a vehicle that struck and killed a man early Saturday in Englewood. 

Adams County Sheriff's Office releases surveillance image of a vehicle possibly connected to a homicide

A pedestrian was stuck by a car in the 3100 block of South Broadway and suffered fatal injuries, according to a news release from the Englewood Police Department.  The driver fled, police said.

The victim, identified as a  37-year-old man was hospitalized and later pronounced dead.

Aurora police search for men accused of multiple armed robberies

Police were searching for a silver or white truck, possibly a newer quad or crew cab, four-door Dodge Ram, which was last seen driving southbound on Broadway. 

The truck had several distinct features, including a black tonneau cover, tinted windows and an American flag attached to the antenna, according to the release. 

Police said there may be damage on the front driver’s side of the truck.

People with information were asked to call  police at 303-761-7410.
