Authorities searching for teen considered armed and dangerous

Search is underway for a 15-year-old boy accused of shooting a man at a home in Fort Collins on Thursday.

Larimer County sheriff’s deputies were sent to the home in the 400 block of South Overland Trail at 4:09 p.m. after a report of shots fired.

Deputies found a 28-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to a local hospital for his injuries. 

At the same time, deputies searched the area for the suspect and later identified the shooter as Tegan Pixley-Johnson. 

An arrest warrant has been issued for Pixley-Johnson on the charges of first-degree attempted murder, possession of a handgun by a juvenile and aggravated juvenile offender.

Authorities urge anyone who see’s Pixley-Johnson to avoid him and call 911 as he’s considered armed and dangerous.
