Teen charged in fatal shooting at Colorado park

Prosecutors on Wednesday formally charged Jonah Graham, 16, with first-degree murder in the July 12 shooting death of Josiah Gonzales, 17, at Ken Mitchell Park in Brighton.

In addition to murder, Graham was charged with possession of a handgun by a juvenile, according to the district attorney’s office for Adams and Broomfield counties.

His next court appearance is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Nov. 4.
