After 2 a.m., the city will have a 20% chance of snow, and lows around 21 degrees. Winds will stay about the same with speeds between 6 to 10 mph, according to the weather service.
Tomorrow calls for mostly cloudy skies and a 20% chance of snow before 11 a.m., with a high near 41 degrees.
