Star Wars Burlesque ‘The Empire Strips Back’ coming to Denver
The hit burlesque show from a galaxy far, far away is returning to Denver in February and tickets go on sale Wednesday.
“The Empire Strips Back” blends the world of Star Wars with the risqué fun of burlesque and will be in metro-Denver’s The Brighton venue — 3403 Brighton Blvd. — opening on Feb. 7. Tickets go on sale Dec. 20, but putting your name on the waitlist is open now.

‘The Empire Strips Back: A Burlesque Parody’ burlesque experience brings favorite Star Wars characters to life, with loving detail and humor, that is said to leave audiences laughing and swooning at the same time.

- Opening hours: Wednesdays and Thursdays: 7:30 p.m.
- Fridays: 7 p.m.
- Saturdays: 7 & 9:30 p.m.
- Sundays: 4 p.m.
- Duration: 2 hours, including a 15-minute intermission

- Age requirement: 18+
- Price: Ticket prices will start at $47
The concept started in Australia and was an immediate hit, spreading overseas and selling out shows in cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York.
