Denver Housing Authority looking for skilled maintenance workers

The Denver Housing Authority is looking for experienced maintenance workers.

The organization announced Wednesday that it would have two job fairs to fill dozens of roles, especially skilled maintenance workers. The first will be held from 12 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Feb. 29 from and the second will be from 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. March 9.

The hiring event will be hosted at the housing authority’s central office at 1035 Osage Street.

“The need for professional maintenance technicians at all levels is high right now and DHA is hiring dozens of positions,” interim CEO Joshua Crawley said in a statement. “For job seekers, this is an opportunity for on-the-spot interviews.”

The housing authority said interested applicants should bring a resume and necessary certifications or licenses with them. The annual salary could range between $46,000 to $88,000.

Denver’s housing authority is also hiring for a development manager, housing navigator, property manager, real estate operations assistant and a diversity, equity and inclusion administrator.
