Aurora police seek possible victims in connection to sexual assault case

Aurora Police investigators are looking for possible victims after arresting a man on suspicion of felony unlawful sexual contact.

Officers arrested 60-year-old Arben “Ben” Duka on March 15 in connection to a reported sexual assault on Oct. 10. During the initial investigation, two other women claimed to be victims of Duka, leading the Aurora Police Department to seek other women that may have been assaulted by the suspect, according to a news release.

The first victim claimed to have been sexually assaulted by Duka at his business, Aurora Employment Testing at 1701 Chambers Road, after completing a urinalysis sample, according to the release.

During investigations, the department found two other women who claimed to have been assaulted following urinalysis samples at the same business.

“Investigators are concerned there could be additional victims who have not reported similar incidents of unwanted sexual contact to police,” the department said in the release. “Aurora police detectives are interested in speaking with anyone who might have additional information about Duka or was victimized while visiting Aurora Employment Testing.”

Duka’s business, Aurora Employment Testing, was previously named Wiz Quiz Employment Testing from March 2015 until February 2023.

The suspect was also charged by the Adams County District Attorney’s Office in October 2023 on one count of unlawful sexual contact without consent and one count of invasion of privacy for sexual gratification. The case is still active, according to the department.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867 and reference case number AP23-202838.
