Denver weather: Clear skies and pleasant temps ahead of time change
Denver is forecast for a pleasant early spring day with temperate highs, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder.
The high is expected to reach 53 degrees with light wind blowing at 5 mph. The low will likely hit around 28 degrees. Skies are expected to be clear throughout the day and night.
While a dry weekend is expected around the area, precipitation is expected in the coming days in the mountains.
“Next storm brings a chance of snow to the mountains Monday night,” the weather station said in their forecast discussion. “But a more significant storm will bring snow to the mountains later Tuesday night through the rest of the week. The plains could see decent snow Wednesday evening through Thursday.”

Monday: Partly sunny, with a high near 60. South wind 7-9 mph, with gusts as high as 15 mph.

Wednesday: A chance of rain and snow before 10am, then rain likely. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 50.
Thursday: Snow likely. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 39.
Friday: A slight chance of snow. Mostly sunny, with a high near 43.
