The Fourth Judicial District Attorney Office said Monday that Rendon Dietzmann, 32, accepted a plea that includes paying fines and points on his license.

Dietzmann was identified in a Colorado State Patrol investigation as the rider behind a YouTube-posted video showing the motorcyclist going over 175 mph. The content creator goes by the name “Gixxer Brah” online and until his arrest often posted anonymously from the area around Denton County, Texas.

The account has been active since Dietzmann’s arrest and extradition, with a new video posted as late as Monday. Newer videos include an intro with short clips of television news stories about the 20-minute ride and subsequent criminal charges.

Dietzmann will be responsible for a $300 fine in addition to $1,996.08 in fees stemming from his extradition from Texas to Colorado in February.

The agreement includes 14 consecutive days in jail, which Dietzmann has already served.

Dietzmann will also have 12 points assessed against his license, forbidding him from driving in Colorado.

The plea agreement will take effect at Dietzmann’s next hearing on April 23.
