Denver International Airport to host job fair to fill over 300 positions

More than 300 jobs are available at Denver International Airport at an in-person job fair scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 13 on the plaza between the Westin Hotel and the Jeppesen Terminal near the south security checkpoint.

The event runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Full-time, part-time, hourly and salaried positions are available at airport employers including airlines, concessions, rental companies and the City and County of Denver.

“Employees are DEN’s greatest asset, which is why one of the pillars of our Vision 100 strategic plan is to empower our people. As DEN gears toward a future of continued growth, it’s essential that we are building a skilled and diverse talent pipeline,” DIA CEO Phil Washington said in a news release. “We have many opportunities at DEN, no matter your skillset or level of experience. We welcome jobseekers to join our diverse and growing team at one of the world’s busiest airports.”

Jobseekers can register in advance. Riding the RTD A-line to the job fair is recommended. For those driving, parking is available in the east or west airport garages for $7 per hour.

“We are thrilled to partner with DEN to match jobseekers to critical airport positions,” Denver Economic Development and Opportunity Executive Director Adeeb Khan said in the release. “DEDO’s Denver Workforce Development team works every day to meet jobseekers where they are in their employment journeys. As one of the largest economic drivers in the state, DEN is an employer worth exploring.”

For those unable to attend the job fair, DIA’s Workforce Center is located on the southeast corner of Level 6 of the terminal and offers a wide range of free services.

Jobseekers can visit the center from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday, to explore various employment opportunities and connect with potential employers. While walk-ins are accepted, it is recommended that visitors make an appointment by emailing workforce@flydenver.com, according to the release

A current list of job opportunities at DIA can be found at flydenver.com.
