Power outage in Aurora caused by hit-and-run traffic crash
A vehicle which hit a utility pole and fled early this. morning is causing power outages in the area of Havana and Del Mar in Aurora.

An early morning traffic crash has caused power outages in Aurora in the area of Havana Street and Del Mar Parkway. A vehicle struck a pole and left the scene, according to the Aurora police, and all lanes of Havana between Del Mar and East Tenth are closed due to downed power lines. Police are asking for anyone with information regarding the accident to contact @CrimeStoppersCO.
Police do not know how long the lanes will be shut down and report that Xcel Energy is on the scene. Calls to Xcel were not returned.
