The hotel was developed by Denver-based real estate firm Highside Companies in partnership with Choice Hotels International, Inc. It’s the first hotel the developer built in its home city.

The hotel, 3601 Brighton Blvd. in RiNo, features contemporary décor, spa-like bathrooms and mirrors with bluetooth capabilities, the hotel said in a media release. It’s walking distance to the 38th-Blake RTD light rail station and RiNo’s breweries and wineries.

The Painted Rino, the Cambria Hotel’s restaurant, features a menu with locally-inspired ingredients such as elk, foraged mushrooms and bison. Dishes and appetizers include a Rocky Mountain Charcuterie board, Colorado Striped Bass and “Fourteener Bolognese.”

Cambria Hotels is the upscale brand from its parent company Choice Hotels, which also runs the Radisson brands. There are more than 70 Cambria locations across the U.S.

“We’re excited to open our first hotel within our hometown,” said Justin Roberts, Highside Companies CEO, in a media release. “We’re proud that our ongoing collaborations with Choice Hotels have added another great property to the Cambria Hotels family.”
