One of the loveliest Denver holiday traditions is on Sunday, the 36th Annual Champagne Cascade at the history-filled Brown Palace Hotel. In the spectacular atrium watch as a swordsman severs the bottlenecks of Moet and pours champagne into the top glass of the two-story, 5,200-glass pyramid.
