Southern-inspired brunch restaurant makes Colorado debut in January
Do Shrimp ‘N Grits, Chicken & Waffles, or a Lobster and Brie omelet sound appetizing to you?
If so, you are in luck, because a new southern-inspired and award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant is opening in Fort Collins, Colorado in early January.

Fort Collins locals Marc and Zach Roger, along with Brian Jones of Colorado-based Rogers Restaurant Group are opening Another Broken Egg Café, the restaurant brand’s first Colorado location, in south Fort Collins on Monday, Jan. 6.
“Opening Another Broken Egg Café in Fort Collins feels like the perfect opportunity to bring something special to a community that’s been such a big part of our lives,” Marc said, a three-decade restaurateur said in a statement about the opening.
“As a family, we’ve always been deeply involved with our community, supporting local events and organizations that make a meaningful difference, and we’re excited to kick things off with a charitable giveback event for Realities for Children.”

Marc also said they can’t wait to bring a southern-inspired dining experience offering to everyone.
With plans to open at least four more locations between North Denver to Fort Collins, they’re excited to continue this tradition as they grow with Another Broken Egg Café.
“Opening our first location in Colorado is an exciting opportunity for us, and we’re thrilled to bring Another Broken Egg Café to a beautiful community like Fort Collins,” Paul Macaluso, CEO and president of Another Broken Egg Café said in a news release. “With its strong outdoor culture, active lifestyle and growing dining scene, it feels like the perfect place to welcome our Southern-inspired brunch experience.”

Macaluso said he’s excited March, Zach and Brian’s ties to Fort Collins will make Another Broken Egg Café a place guests can enjoy genuine hospitality and indulge in great breakfast, brunch and lunch foods.
Offerings at the Fort Collins location will include core menu items with broad fan appeal like the Shrimp ‘N Grits, Chicken & Waffles, Lobster and Brie Omelet, Huevos Rancheros, Southern Chicken Sandwich and more.

In 2024, the brand expanded its menu to include six new signature lunch dishes, along with a Lunch Duos option, allowing guests to pair half an entrée with a cup of soup or a side salad, the statement said.
In addition, children can enjoy classic breakfast and lunch offerings including Chocolate Chip Pancakes with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, the French Toast Sampler or the Little Rooster (scrambled egg, fresh seasonal fruit, English muffin and baked bacon).

The restaurant features an enticing and modernized environment, according to the release, where gourmet food joins a wide range of beverages, including a full bar with signature cocktails, mocktails, mimosas and bloody Marys.
“The trio have established a strong presence in Colorado’s restaurant scene through Rogers Restaurant Group, operating 16 Fuzzy’s Tacos across the state and a Newk’s Eatery in Fort Collins,” the statement said. “With years of experience spanning full-service to fine dining, the team is eager to deliver the exceptional service Another Broken Egg Café is known for.”

Outside of their restaurant operations, they’re actively involved with local organizations, including membership in the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce and the Colorado Restaurant Association, according to the release, building a tradition of giving back through annual fundraisers at their other concepts to support causes like No Kids Hungry.
During the cafe’s debut, it is hosting a charitable giveback event supporting Realities for Children, a local organization that provides emergency and ongoing support to at-risk children in northern Colorado.
Another Broken Egg Café will be open seven days a week for breakfast, brunch and lunch.
The café will operate from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
For guests on-the-go, Another Broken Egg Café offers online ordering with takeout and delivery options to the surrounding community, as well as small and large group catering.
Another Broken Egg Café is located at 2909 East Harmony Road, next to Fuzzy’s Tacos and directly across from Front Range Village.
