3 hotel restaurants in Colorado among ‘100 best’ in US, per report
While many Americans might not pick a hotel based on one of its restaurants, alone, data shows that 73 percent of Americans say they would book the same hotel again if they have a positive experience at one of the hotel’s restaurants during their initial stay.
Hotel restaurants might be hit or miss – but when they’re good, it’s hard to beat the convenience of having great dining at the same place you’re staying. Plus, top-notch hotel restaurants aren’t just for travelers, either – data also shows that about 40 percent of diners at hotel restaurants tend to be locals.
With that said, popular travel resources OpenTable and Kayak recently teamed up to release a list of the ‘top 100 hotel restaurants’ of 2025, with three Colorado spots making the cut to be included.
Without further ado – here’s a look at the three Colorado spots that made the list:
To start, two Denver hotel restaurants were featured – EDGE Restaurant & Bar with a 4.8-star rating and 4.9-star rated Wildflower.
EDGE is best described as a modern American steakhouse, with a menu that features the classics including dry-aged steak, seafood, and plenty of sauces to match – tallow béarnaise, sauce au poivre, and tallow chimichurri to name a few. It’s located at the highly-rated Four Seasons Hotel Denver, which is close to 16th Street, formerly known as 16th Street Mall.
Meanwhile, Wildflower is located at Life House Lower Highlands, with a focus on serving seasonal, locally-sourced, plant-forward shared plates. The menu is primarily built around Italian cuisine, but patrons should expect to be surprised in a great way by the creative offerings. Wildflower is also known for its cocktails and natural wines.
A third Colorado restaurant that was included on the list is one those in Eagle County know well – Tavernetta Vail.
Tavernetta Vail is located at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail, best known for serving up fine-dining Italian cuisine. Online reviewers rave about the burrata, the rigatoni with lamb ragu, and the linguini with Maine lobster. There’s no shortage of great options on the Tavernetta Vail menu though.
