Colorado’s Jordan Seaton named to Outland Trophy watch list | Colorado Sunshine

Where good news shines

Jordan Seaton’s no longer a 5-star prospect.

Colorado’s left tackle is considered one of the top lineman in college ball.

Seaton on Tuesday was named to the preseason watch list for the Outland Trophy, given to the best interior lineman in college football. The sophomore is one of 50 linemen — 16 offensive tackles — on the list. The Big 12 has 12 linemen on the list.

Seaton was named a freshman All-American by On2, 247Sports and Pro Football Focus after his 2024 season. He was the first true freshman to start a season opener at offensive tackle at CU.

The Outland Trophy winner will be announced Friday, Dec. 12.
