1 dead, 5 injured after rollover crash in Arvada

A rollover crash in Arvada injured all six passengers of the vehicle, closing parts of the interstate for around five hours, early Saturday morning. One passenger died.
Police responded to a report of a crash on eastbound I-70 at I-76 near Wadsworth Boulevard around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday. Upon arrival, responders found that a vehicle had crashed and rolled off the interstate and into the grass.
Police found six passengers had been in the vehicle and multiple had been thrown from the car during the crash, according to a social media post by the Arvada Police Department.
One person had died from the crash, according to police. One adult and four other passengers had been injured and taken to a nearby hospital under various conditions.
All traffic near I-70 and Wadsworth was closed until around 5 a.m.
