SWAT activity in Wheat Ridge, according to social media
A significantly sized raid reportedly occurred in Wheat Ridge Wednesday, according to a post on the Denver Reddit forum.
“Looks like a bunch of people getting raided. Taking people in white unmarked vans,” said Reddit user Canroth8442 on Wednesday morning. The event was said to have occurred at an apartment complex near Wadsworth Boulevard and West 44th Avenue.
Both the Wheat Ridge Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives declined to comment.
